Volunteering at an In-Store Adoption Center

Volunteering at our PetSmart and Petco locations includes:

• Cleaning cat condos

• Replenishing food and water

• Socializing and playing with our adoptable cats

  
  

Scheduling:

PetSmart/Petco volunteers usually have a set day and time that they volunteer each week. We tell our volunteers to expect to spend at least an hour, probably longer, (depending on the location and how many cat condos that particular location has) when they volunteer each week. Hopefully longer, as we would love for you to spend some extra time with the cats and helping to socialize them and getting them out of their cat condo’s and letting them stretch their legs and playing with each of them for a bit. They love the exercise and attention! Your time and love can truly make a difference in these cats' lives!

We currently partner with 7 different PetSmart locations, and 3 different Petco locations throughout the Twin Cities, and are always looking for dedicated volunteers to help out each week. Those store locations include the following:
